Data collection information under Article 13 of the GDPR

Caribation SRL collects your data for the purpose of contract execution, to fulfill its contractual and pre-contractual obligations. Your data will not be used for direct mail campaigns.

Data collection and processing is required for the performance of the contract and is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1 b) GDPR. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place.

The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose of their processing, at the latest 3 years after the reservation request.

You have the right to request information about the data stored about you and in case of incorrectness to require the data correction or, in case of improper data storage, the deletion of the data.

You must obtain the information or the cancellation request from the same e-mail address with which you send off your reservation request. Only in this way can we guarantee that the information would only be received by the entitled person.

You also have a right of appeal to the supervisory authority.
